Objective:

Develop a proof of concept to replace the existing in-store application used by Cricket team members, enhancing its functionality and user experience.

Role:

UX/UI Lead (solo UX resource)

Accomplishments:

• Designed Enhanced Order Flow: Strategized and crafted a streamlined and visually appealing order flow, drawing insights from existing payment screens and the company website to ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Managed End-to-End Project: Took full ownership of the project from initial concept through to stakeholder adoption sessions, successfully navigating all phases including research, strategy, design, and presentation.
• Delivered Comprehensive Solutions: Executed all aspects of the project, meeting 100% of the required initiatives and ensuring a seamless transition from the old system to the new proof of concept.
