Last mile

Objective:

Create a ground-breaking native mobile application which would give e-comm. shoppers the option to have merchandise delivered to them same day.

Role:

UX/UI design lead

Accomplishments:

• Pioneered UX process within FedEx Service’s 1st true Agile project
• Coordinated communication across multi-disciplined teams and stakeholders
• Application architecture
• Governed concept to fruition life-cycle
• Daily Design Scrum Master
• Weekly demo design approver

Additional note:

Each team had their own preliminary SCRUM prior to the daily SRUM of SCRUMs; in which each team’s representative would give the status report. This method proved very effective with the project’s 1 week Sprint cycles.
