- Revamped Login Module: Overhauled the login process to provide users with:
- Essential database information
- Enhanced functionality with a more intuitive interface
- A clear and logical button hierarchy
- Developed UX Interaction Process: Introduced the company’s first UX interaction process, leveraging Agile methodologies and integrating existing tribal knowledge to guide the design process.
- Initiated Style Guide Creation: Began developing a comprehensive style guide alongside the redesign efforts to ensure consistency and coherence across the application.
- Redesigned Prescription Refill Screen: Updated a 20-year-old prescription refill screen plagued by broken links, outdated information, and inconsistent color use. This redesign created these 2 huge wins:
- Order or reorder multiple prescriptions in a single view, eliminating the need to navigate through multiple screens for each prescription
- Receive proactive, global-level alerts for reorders, reducing the need for nurse practitioners to manually monitor and check messaging systems
